What type of cosmetics are special cosmetics:

Article 10 of the "Regulations on Cosmetics Hygiene Supervision" stipulates that special-purpose cosmetics refer to cosmetics used for hair growth, hair dyeing, perming, depilation, beautification, bodybuilding, deodorization, freckle removal, and sun protection.

Article 56 of the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on Cosmetics Hygiene Supervision" clearly defines the meaning of nine special purpose cosmetics:

1. Hair growth cosmetics refer to cosmetics that help hair grow, reduce hair loss and break hair.

2. Hair dye cosmetics refer to cosmetics that have the effect of changing the color of the hair.

3. Perm cosmetics refer to cosmetics that can change the curvature of the hair and maintain relative stability.

4. Hair removal cosmetics refer to cosmetics that have the effect of reducing and eliminating body hair.

5. Beauty milk cosmetics refer to cosmetics that help the breasts to tone up.

6. Bodybuilding cosmetics refer to cosmetics that help make your body fit.

7. Deodorant cosmetics refer to cosmetics that help eliminate underarm odor.

8. Anti-freckle cosmetics refer to cosmetics used to reduce skin epidermal pigmentation.

9. Sunscreen cosmetics refer to cosmetics that have the function of absorbing ultraviolet rays and reducing skin damage caused by the sun.

In addition to the above functions, the cosmetics are special cosmetics, other cosmetics are basically non-special cosmetics

Such as ordinary facial masks, serums, lipsticks, etc.

Non-special cosmetics need to apply for registration certificate for non-special use cosmetics before import

Special cosmetics need to apply for the import special cosmetics hygiene license approval before importing
